Carpools

Carpools are an effective way to dismiss children quickly and to decrease the number of cars in the pick-up lines.  Our goal, as always, is to dismiss children safely and efficiently.  We will automatically put siblings into a carpool unless you indicate otherwise.  If you are interested in starting a carpool and already know the children who will be in the carpool, a Carpool Permission Form is available here and in the main office.  Please complete the form and return it to Bonnie McBeth Learning Center ASAP.  Carpool sign-up opportunities will also be available on Orientation Day.  In order for a carpool to be assigned, it is essential that the school has received a signed permission form from each family involved in the carpool.

Dear Bonnie McBeth Families,

Listed below is a description of our transportation process to help make the ARRIVAL/DROP OFF (7:45am and 12:15pm) and the DISMISSAL/PICK UP (10:30 am and 3:00 pm) time efficient and as always, safe for your children.

We have 2 lanes for the arrival procedure, the LEFT lane and the RIGHT lane. ALL students will be dropped off in the front Bonnie McBeth parking lot during arrival (7:45 am and 12:15 pm).  We have the same 2 lanes for the dismissal procedure in the front parking lot, however we also use the back Administration Center parking lot for the dismissal of students in a CARPOOL.

• RED VILLAGE PARENTS:  You will need to get in the LEFT lane to DROP OFF and PICK UP your children.  Please stay in the left lane for both times!  Make sure you have your red car card for pick up.
• GREEN VILLAGE PARENTS:  You will need to get in the RIGHT lane to DROP OFF and PICK UP your children.  Please stay in the right lane for both times!  Make sure you have your green car card for pick up.
• YELLOW VILLAGE PARENTS:  You will need to get in the RIGHT lane to DROP OFF and PICK UP your children.  Please stay in the right lane for both times!  Make sure you have your yellow car card for pick up.
• BLUE VILLAGE PARENTS:  You will need to get in the LEFT lane to DROP OFF and PICK UP your children.  Please stay in the left lane for both times!  Make sure you have your blue car card for pick up.
• CARPOOL PARENTS:  You can get in either lane for DROP OFF only at the 7:45am and 12:00pm times.  You PICK UP your children in the back administration parking lot for dismissal.  There is only ONE lane to get in for carpool dismissal.  Make sure you have your purple carpool card for pick up.
• Remember:
• LEFT LANE DROP OFF: Red, Blue and Carpool students
• LEFT LANE PICK UP: Red and Blue students
• RIGHT LANE DROP OFF and PICK UP: Yellow and Green students
• Carpool PICK UP: This is in the back administration lot.
