The Professional Development Department is responsible for:

  • induction for teachers that are in their first, second and third year of teaching

For questions pertaining to advancement on the pay scale, obtaining advanced certificates, or Professional Growth hours that are not part of the induction program, contact the District 202 Administration and Personnel Department (Human Resource) at (815) 577-4058
