Preschool Information

All Preschool and Early Childhood students entering District 202 are required to have a physical exam on an Illinois Child Health Exam form, dated after August 24, 2008, listing all dates of required immunizations.  This form must be brought to Bonnie McBeth Early Learning Center before classes begin on August 25, 2009. This is a District 202 and Illinois Department of Public Health requirement.  Children with missing health requirements will not be allowed to start school on August 25, 2009.

Local health and dental resources who offer services based on a sliding scale and/or accept Medicaid and KidCare are available from your school’s nurse.
