Additional Documents Needed

  • Original Transcripts
  • Certificate to be registered in Will County
  • Drivers Licence
  • Social Security Card
  • TB test done within last year
  • Physical

Substitute Teacher Application Timeline

  1. Substitute teacher candidates are to return completed forms and documentation to the Administration Center - 15732 Howard Street in Plainfield.

  2. Anticipate references that are provided on application will be checked.

  3. Interview – Follow up letter of your status will be provided to you within 14 days of your interview.

  4. Candidates approved to work in the District are required to attend an orientation session to complete the hiring process.
