CAPE Award Nomination
The CAPE Award was established in 1983 to recognize an individual for his/her outstanding dedication and service within the Plainfield Community and schools. Each recipient is recognized with a plaque at CAPE’s annual reception. The award winner’s name is kept confidential until as required. The recipient’s name is also engraved on a plaque that is displayed at the District 202 Administration Center.
The CAPE reception is Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at Plainfield High School - Central Campus. Light refreshments will be available from 6-7:15 p.m., and the ceremony will start at 7:30 p.m.
Submissions are due no later than 5 p.m. Friday, February 14, 2020.
Late submissions WILL NOT be accepted in fairness to all nominees.
