"District 202 In Focus" takes an in-depth, digital look through the school year at important District 202 topics, initiatives and programs. 

In 2018-19, we focused on Curriculum and Instruction.

This installment highlights the English Language Department, which serves more than 2,000 District 202 students who speak more than one language at home. The EL department works with students and their families to make sure all their language needs are met in and out of the classroom, so that every student has the opportunity to succeed.
