MESSAGE FROM DISTRICT 202

Education Partners, hello.

Here is this week’s selection of District 202 news and information:

With the possibility of heavy snow this weekend, please review our district “Bad Weather/School Closing” information.

***Please always plan for school to be open. We will announce as soon as possible if school is to be closed.***

  • The first snow of the season brings Christmas – and the best gift, ever -- to mind for Superintendent Dr. Lane Abrell in his monthly community column.
  • The Board of Education will meet in special session at 7 p.m. Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at the district administrative center, 15732 Howard Street, Plainfield. No action is expected.
  • The Jon Balke Student Art Gallery proudly presents the Plainfield Art League’s annual “Best of the Best” exhibit in December.

This show includes works from both PAL members and District 202 high school students. Check it out at the District Administrative Center, 15732 Howard Street, Plainfield.
