MESSAGE FROM DISTRICT 202

Education Partners, hello.

Here is this week’s serving of District 202 news and information…

Students, staff, parents and community members are welcome and encouraged to nominate teachers and non-administrative staff whose work on behalf of students, and support of District 202 has been exceptional in some way.

All awards will be given at the Awards for Excellence ceremony at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2016 in the auditorium at Plainfield East High School, 12001 S. Naperville Road, Plainfield.

  • It is spring musical season in District 202, and our high schools have a terrific slate of shows nearly ready to go.
  • This month, the Jon Balke Student Art Gallery is proud to host a very special exhibit of works by Plainfield Academy Principal Tod Schnowske, complemented by works from Walker’s Grove Elementary School.

Mr. Schnowske’s pieces are available for purchase. Proceeds will be donated to a local charity of the buyer’s choice.

Please check out this wonderful display at the District Administrative Center, 15732 Howard Street, Plainfield.
