TOP SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS

These District 202 social media posts got the most attention and feedback this week:
facebook Look inside Ms. Haley Berschler’s fifth grade class at Charles Reed Elementary School in which the students worked in teams to review geography terms before a quiz. Berschler quizzed the students who wrote down their answers on white boards and earned points for each correct answer. Topics included oceans, continents and types of maps. Berschler does these group white board reviews throughout the year to help students’ study for tests and strengthen their ability to work together toward a common goal, she said. #202proud

instagram Swipe ➡️ to check out the third grade book tasting in Ms. Altenhoff's class at Walker's Grove Elementary School. At each table, students got a "taste" of different genres. After reading a few pages of a book in each genre, students wrote down their likes and dislikes about that genre. #202proud 📚
