- The Plainfield Foundation for Excellence will host its annual dinner and auction at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 21, 2016. This event is the Foundation’s main fundraiser to support District 202 students, staff and community.
The evening will also feature the induction of five distinguished District 202 graduates into the District 202 Alumni Hall of Fame.
Tickets are still available.
- The Plainfield Junior Woman’s Club will host a special seminar on human trafficking on April 19th at Plainfield North High School.

- The 2016 Great Read community literacy program will wrap up on April 28th with a special program about “Chicago in the Movies.” Check out the Great Read web site for many activities and events at our 10 partner libraries.
- Looking for volunteer opportunities and a chance to serve our community? Check out The Big Serve.
- Once again this year, District 202 is proud to host the StarTalking Chinese immersion classes in June at Plainfield North High School. Register now.
